This Privacy Policy explains how Routine Ranger (“we”, “us”, “our”) collects, uses, and protects your information when you use our mobile application and related features (including any home screen widget) (together, the “Service”).

By default, routine data is stored locally on your device (e.g., in an on-device database/storage). We do not need an account to use the Service.

2.4 Home screen widget data

If you use the widget, the app may store a subset of your routine or motivational content in device storage so it can be displayed on your home screen. The widget may show information visible to anyone who can see your device screen.

3) Permissions

The Service may request certain permissions to provide core features. Depending on your use, this may include:

Notifications (to remind you about routines)
Storage / media access (only if you choose to save or share generated images)
Internet access (e.g., for store services or optional third-party services)

You can usually control permissions in your device settings. Some features may not work without the related permission.

4) How we use your data

Provide and operate the Service (tracking routines, displaying widgets, reminders)

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect data. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
